The history of Wham Vintage Store is full of surprises, but few as exciting as the recent visit of Miguel J. Navarro, collector, researcher and author specializing in the history of the Beatles in Spain.

On a morning filled with anecdotes, he left us copies of his most iconic works on deposit, with the generous offer to personally sign each book for our customers.

Thus is born a collaboration that unites passion, music, and culture, and celebrates the Beatles from a very special corner of Barcelona: Badalona's Progrés neighborhood.

Miguel J. Navarro has dedicated a good part of his life to investigating the influence of the Beatles in our country, making his person a absolute reference in the world of music collecting.

With a close and rigorous look, he has rescued testimonies, unpublished photographs, and has been key in the documentary reconstruction of the Beatles' only visit to Spain.

Their books, “18 hours of Beatlemania in Barcelona" and "When the Beatles visited Barcelona" are the fruit of years of work, a love of music, and a tireless commitment to cultural memory. Each page vibrates with emotion, history, and authenticity.

Israel Mateo – Owner Wham! Vintage and Retro Store

Graduated with a PhD in "I don't have any idea what I'm doing" from the University of Massachusetts and the Xavier Institute for Young Talents. He holds a BA in Computer Science and some diplomas in computer design, but never completed his studies in advertising graphics at the Escola d'Arts Pau Gargallo. He creates websites (design, programming, SEO) under the label CachitosWP, specializing in Custom WordPressNow he's set up a vintage shop and already thinks he's achieved something in life. But aside from being a father, he doesn't have much else. He makes gazpachos well.
