August in Badalona isn't synonymous with closed shutters. While many shops are closed, Wham Vintage Badalona remains open, celebrating with the city its long-awaited Major Festival, of the August 14-16And we do it with style, culture, and a lot of vintage.
📅 What's happening in Badalona during the Festa Major?
The city is transformed during three intense days of tradition, music, and fire. Here's a summary of the highlights:
🗓 Wednesday, August 14
- 6:00 p.m.: Vespers ringing at the church of Santa María.
- 8:00 PM: Thunderstorm and parade through the center.
- 10:00 PMSpectacular fireworks display at Fishermen's Beach.
- 🎶 Concerts on Passeig de la Rambla: The Top 80 and DJ Badabronx.
🗓 Thursday, August 15
- 08:00h: Morning walks through the streets of the center.
- 10:00 a.m.: Flower carpet and ringing of the Fiesta Mayor.
- 2:30 p.m.: Popular food on Passeig de la Rambla.
- 10:00 PM: The famous Bany de les Bèsties and more concerts.
🗓 Friday, August 16
- 11:00 a.m.: Sant Roc service and final parade.
- 🎶 Concert of Miki Núñez to close with a flourish.
