Wham Collectibles and Vintage is a new secondhand bookstore that will open to the public this coming May.

The second-hand and retro items store (as well as books, comics, old magazines, vinyl records and many more old and vintage things) will be located in the Barri del Progrès in Badalona, at 95 Sagunt Street, opposite the La Masia de la Xesca restaurant, and very close to the Mercat Torner and the Pep Ventura metro stop on line 2 of the Barcelona metro.

What sets Wham! Vintage apart from other secondhand bookstores is the special care and selection of materials. We are treasure hunters and veteran collectors, and we offer for sale not only parts of private collections but also exclusive acquisitions of hard-to-find and highly sought-after books.

Old books, comics, and magazines in Badalona

Although at Wham you'll find books of many types, both recent novel titles and more classic ones, as well as comics, graphic novels, manga, comic books, US comics... we specialize above all in fantasy and science fiction novels, although we also work with a lot of historical/war book material - novels and essays - and art, design, and craft books.

We're much more than a bookstore. At Wham!, we aim to differentiate ourselves from bookstores that look like toy stores, or toy stores that specialize in Funko and/or Dragon Ball.

We also have toys, of course, but our mission is… to bring to our store what you CAN’T find anywhere else, no matter how weird or kitsch it may be.

Wham Collectibles and Vintage will have a stand at the Sant Jordi Book Fair in Badalona 2025.

Everything is already underway for the opening of our secondhand antiques and collectibles store in Badalona, Barcelona. Before opening at the end of April 2025, we will have a presentation at the Badalona Book Fair, which we invite you to attend. We will feature antique and collectible books, comics, magazines, and vinyl records.

But Wham is much more than just another secondhand bookstore: In our physical and online stores, you can find everything from toys, board games, construction sets, decorative figures, porcelain, vintage collectible porcelain dolls, and more.

Not to mention the retro computer and electronics section, with vintage computers, retro video games, joysticks and retro accessories, record players, cassette players, and more.

We want to clearly differentiate ourselves from any other secondhand store in any city: We only sell collectibles here; we don't sell household goods, utensils, or anything functional. We only sell collectible pieces from the cultural and entertainment world. Pure hobby.

Let's not forget to mention the textile and vintage fashion section: We are not just another used clothing store with kilos and kilos of rags; at Wham Vintage you will find only exclusive pieces at a good price.

Nor do we want to be included in the same category of vintage fashion stores that have become so prevalent in tourist areas, selling used clothing by the pound and selling it for a fortune.
