This release takes on a special meaning today: Robe passed away on December 10, 2025 in Plasencia, at the age of 63, leaving Spanish rock orphaned – THE OBJECTIVE The Independent. Born in 1962 in Plasencia, Robe was the founder and leader of Extremoduro, a band that revolutionized Spanish music from the late 80s with its "transgressive" style and raw, poetic and direct lyrics – RTVE. With Extremoduro he wrote anthems such as Jesus Christ Garcia, Go out either The sidewalk by the back door, becoming a generational and cultural reference point.
After the breakup of Extremoduro, Robe began a solo career that maintained its essence, releasing albums such as What flutters in our heads (2015), Socratic (2021) and finally We're running out of air.
